SignThatUp

Everything needed to close the loop.

Every feature serves one outcome: both sides can return to the same version of the work and see what was agreed.

01

Reusable customers and locations

Save a customer once, find them quickly, and reuse their signing language and work locations on future jobs.

02

Flexible job material

Add short scope details, notes, prices or ranges, proposals, PDFs, office files, and site photographs.

03

Electronic or drawn signatures

The tradesperson signs first. The customer can type or draw a signature on desktop or phone after reviewing the frozen version.

04

A shared customer room

A secure magic link opens only the relevant job, its version history, attachments, signatures, and completed record.

05

Automatic evidence bundle

After both sides sign, SignThatUp seals the version, generates the PDF, and emails it to both parties.

06

Templates and integrations

Reuse common job structures or prepare records through the REST API, MCP tools, and signed webhooks available with Pro.

See the workflow

Four steps from job to record.

The workflow follows the way a job actually progresses. The customer is only asked to act when there is a clear version to review.

  1. 01

    Prepare

Choose an existing customer or create one. Add the scope, notes, price when relevant, documents, and photographs.

  2. 02

    Sign and send

The tradesperson signs the prepared version first. SignThatUp freezes it and sends the customer a secure email invitation.

  3. 03

    Review and accept

The customer sees the exact job version, confirms their details, and types or draws an electronic signature without creating an account.

  4. 04

    Seal and deliver

The final record, audit facts, version, attachments list, and signatures become one PDF and private evidence bundle for both sides.

v1 · v2 · v3

Add evidence. Never overwrite the past.

A job can grow from proposal to completion without losing the earlier agreement. Each signed checkpoint remains part of the history.

v1 · Proposal

Scope, attached quote, price or range, conditions, and the tradesperson's signature are frozen before the customer reviews them.

v2 · Work completed

New photos, documents, notes, and completion details are added. Earlier signed material remains unchanged.

v3 · Correction or follow-up

If something changes, the tradesperson signs the new version and the customer decides whether to accept that exact update.

Built for real work

A handover record, not another office system.

SignThatUp is for tradespeople, service teams, installers, and small contractors who need a shared record of scope, evidence, changes, and customer acceptance.

Clear assurance

Proof with honest boundaries.

Trust comes from showing what happened, what was preserved, and what level of signature was used.

Exact uploaded files

Original photos and documents are hashed from the bytes received and kept private to the workspace and invited customer.

One frozen version

Both signatures refer to the same frozen job version. A correction creates another version instead of rewriting history.

Minimal public verification

A sealed record can be checked without publishing names, contact details, photographs, or commercial documents.

SignThatUp Lite provides electronic signatures and a private evidence record. It does not claim SES, AES, QES, independent qualified timestamps, legal advice, or guaranteed admissibility.

Simple commercial model

The business pays for finished records. The customer never pays.

Drafts, invitations, and rejected corrections do not consume a record. Usage is counted only after the customer signs and sealing succeeds.
