Extra work. Not extra confusion.

The final invoice does not start over. It accounts for accepted items and work you have already invoiced.

Payments do not change agreed scope. An invoice discount does not reopen the same work for billing. You always review the invoice before issuing.

Try the example. This is not a real invoice.

The details a well-run job needs, without turning you into an accountant.

Enter the details once

Customers, contacts, templates and numbering are ready for the next job.

Room for real changes

Adjust quantities and prices, add an item or a discount. Issued documents remain preserved.

Keep invoices with the job

Partial and additional invoices and full credit notes sit alongside agreements and photos.

Get paid by bank transfer

The PDF includes a Slovenian UPN QR. Your customer scans the details and confirms payment in their bank app.

Your accountant keeps their own software.

You handle the job and its documents. Prepare a monthly package of PDFs and a CSV for your accountant.

Start with a simple handoff

Download or manually email the monthly package. Scheduled monthly sending is not active in the pilot.

Connect when you need to

e-računi is being prepared and is not an active connection. Minimax and other providers remain possible future additions.

Explore integrations

Add evidence. Never overwrite the past.

A job can grow from proposal to completion without losing the earlier agreement. Each signed checkpoint remains part of the history.

Exact uploaded files

Original photos and documents are hashed from the bytes received and kept private to the workspace and invited customer.

One frozen version

Both signatures refer to the same frozen job version. A correction creates another version instead of rewriting history.

Minimal public verification

A sealed record can be checked without publishing names, contact details, photographs, or commercial documents.

SignThatUp Lite provides electronic signatures and a private evidence record. It does not claim SES, AES, QES, independent qualified timestamps, legal advice, or guaranteed admissibility.

Security and assurance boundaries

Make the next job easier to manage.
