These plans and prices cover signed records. Access to new proposals, invoices and exports depends on pilot activation; this is not an unlimited accounting offer.
Founder offer terms
The first 100 paying workspaces share one founder pool. After it fills, Stripe shows €19/month or €190/year before payment. The discount covers the Pro base subscription, not overages or future third-party assurance fees. Yearly overages are settled at renewal. Cancellation ends founder eligibility. VAT is not charged while the provider is not identified for VAT purposes.
A few good questions.
Does my customer need an account?
No. They receive a private link, review the exact job revision and sign without a SignThatUp account or subscription.
How does additional work reach the invoice?
Once an add-on proposal is signed, its unbilled items enter the draft. Each references its source proposal. You can adjust the draft before issuing.
What about invoices I have already issued?
Invoices created from accepted items track the scope already billed. Older manual invoices without these links need reconciliation; the app does not guess.
Does SignThatUp detect a bank payment?
Not automatically. UPN QR prepares payment details. You confirm receipt from your bank statement and record the payment manually.
Do I need e-računi or Minimax?
Not for the standalone workflow. Accounting connections are optional. e-računi is not activated yet, and Minimax has not been implemented.
Are all the new features available now?
Signed records are part of the existing service. Invoice issuance is being opened through a controlled pilot; accepted-proposal billing awaits rollout and end-to-end validation. See the roadmap for current status.
