Automatic sealing and final PDF delivery
The second signature starts exactly-once sealing and emails both parties the same final PDF or a secure download when the file is too large for email.

Locally implemented and tested: combine accepted proposals, subtract already-invoiced scope and retain source references. Deployment and real signing-to-invoice validation remain.
Monthly accountant packages
Native PDF/CSV packages support download and manual sending in enabled workspaces. Scheduled monthly sending stays off during the pilot.
Customer-led review and full job history
Add written change requests, customer evidence and one room containing every sealed checkpoint for the job.
Reminder and reconciliation automation
Add scheduled invitation reminders and automatic recovery for rare interrupted sealing or delivery attempts.
