1. The service
SignThatUp helps a business assemble job descriptions, photos, documents, attestations and signatures into a structured record. A customer invited to review or sign does not need a paid account.
SignThatUp is an evidence-management service. It is not a law firm or trust service and does not guarantee payment, admissibility, or the outcome of a dispute.
2. Accounts and customer information
Workspace owners must provide accurate account and billing details, protect their login, and use the service only for work they are entitled to document. The workspace owner is responsible for having an appropriate legal basis to upload client, job and evidence data and to send each signing invitation.
3. Signatures and records
Lite electronic signing records an email-invited signer's action against frozen content. Wet-ink mode stores a photograph of a physical signature. Neither is represented as an advanced or qualified electronic signature. Sealed records are designed to be append-only; corrections are made through a new revision.
4. Plans, prices and the founding offer
The current plan, billing interval, included usage, overage price and total amount are shown before payment. A Lite record is counted only after a successful seal. Clients never pay SignThatUp to review or sign a record.
The founding Pro offer is limited to the first 100 paying workspaces. It provides the displayed €9 monthly or €90 yearly base price for 24 months while the original subscription remains continuous. The regular base price is €19 monthly or €190 yearly. The discount does not apply to overages or future third-party assurance services. If the founding allocation has filled, Stripe shows the regular price before payment. Cancellation ends eligibility for the founding price.
The provider is not currently identified for VAT purposes. Displayed prices are the total prices and VAT is not charged.
5. Subscription billing and failed payments
Paid Pro plans renew automatically at the chosen monthly or yearly interval until cancelled. Stripe processes payment and provides the final payment summary. Yearly overages are settled at renewal. After a failed card renewal, Stripe retries after one day and again after a second day. If both retries fail, the subscription is cancelled.
6. Cancellation
A workspace owner can cancel through the Stripe billing portal opened from the Billing page or by contacting us. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Paid access continues until the end of the current paid period unless mandatory law or an agreed refund requires an earlier end. Already sealed records are not erased by cancellation.
Cancellation and a refund are different. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund an earlier payment.
7. Fourteen-day withdrawal and refund policy
A customer may request a full refund of the first subscription payment within 14 calendar days after the first purchase. This policy applies to both business customers and consumers. It is additional to any mandatory consumer rights.
After the first 14 days, payments are not prorated or refunded unless mandatory law applies or SignThatUp confirms a material service failure. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We process a valid withdrawal refund no later than 14 days after receiving the request.
To withdraw, email sales@signthatup.com with the account email, subscription date and a clear statement that you are withdrawing. You may use this model wording:
I notify you that I withdraw from my SignThatUp subscription ordered on [date]. Account email: [email]. Customer name and address: [name and address]. Date: [date].
8. Availability and product changes
We may maintain, secure and improve the service. Material changes to future plan terms or renewal prices are communicated before they take effect where required. Existing sealed record facts are not silently rewritten. Customers should export material they require for their own long-term business, insurance or legal retention.
9. Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful material, impersonate a signer, misuse email invitations, probe another workspace, interfere with the service, or use SignThatUp to misrepresent work or consent. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect people, the service or legal compliance.
10. Privacy and responsibility
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Notice. Each party remains responsible for its own legal obligations. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Governing law and complaints
Slovenian law governs these terms. A consumer keeps any mandatory protection provided by the law of their country of residence. Send a complaint to sales@signthatup.com so we can investigate and respond. Consumers may also seek advice from the competent consumer-protection body or use any dispute-resolution mechanism available under mandatory law.
12. Contract record and contact
The checkout and workspace record the selected plan and the applicable policy version. Customers can save or print these terms and may request a copy by email. Questions, cancellation notices, complaints and withdrawal requests can be sent to sales@signthatup.com.
